Originally a oneshot published in Shueisha's Young Jump Battle on October 15th, 2019 as a continuation to TIGER&BUNNY THE COMIC Chapter 41. With the release of Season 2 and the return of the manga as TIGER&BUNNY2 THE COMIC as a web serialization on Tonario No Young Jump on April 8, 2022, this oneshot was then labeled Chapter 0 and included in the publishing of TIGER&BUNNY2 THE COMIC releases.
