Ice manipulation (氷を操る, Koori o ayatsuru) is a NEXT ability which grants the user control over ice. The user is able to generate ice and use it however they wish. Some examples include: creating a giant ice hand to catch a falling blimp, shooting ice beams as projectiles and creating an "ice highway" with which to facilitate one's own movement. Nearby sources of water or other freezable liquids can also be used as a catalyst to create more ice. The user does not seem able to deconstruct ice they have already produced, nor are they able to change the shape once it has solidified.
