Justice Tower is a huge tower in the center of Sternbild City that serves as a headquarters for the city's NEXT heroes. The tower is topped by a statue of Sternbild's Goddess of Justice. The Justice Bureau is also located here.
Justice Tower includes a meeting room for the CEOs who sponsor active heroes, a training/gym and locker rooms area for the heroes to use, courtrooms and offices for the Justice Bureau, and a small ballroom used for celebrations.
Throughout the series and both movies, whenever the tower's face is shown she appears to have a displeased or even angry expression. In the final scene of Tiger & Bunny: The Rising, however, she appears to be smiling.
According to Audio Drama 5: Who is the King of Quizzes?, the designer of the justice tower is named Tom Buncheri. Nothing outside of his name is known beyond this.
