L. L. Audun was a NEXT with Hundred Power, considered by some to be the most powerful NEXT ever. He was not permitted to be a hero by the Judicial Agency due to the fact that his father was a criminal (both a wise and sorely discriminatory law), so he worked as a rogue hero. He was Mr. Legend's greatest rival and one of the greatest criminals alive, defeating 17 heroes in his lifetime. In NC 1962, Audun challenged Mr. Legend to a duel. He was apprehended and arrested by police, but Mr. Legend did not take up the duel challenge, likely due to being unable to do so as his powers would have been in decline at this time. Mr. Legend does comment on the arrest of Audun, however.
Audun considers himself a champion of the people and a real hero.
