No Pain no Gain. is the 15th episode of Tiger and Bunny 2.
Plot[]
Tiger was worried about the heroes while they were gone, but seeing them now, he realizes they are all best buddies now. Yuri comes and explains that the NEXT they captured all suffered unexpected seizures and started acting violently. As they still can't speak, they have no information on what caused this. After the briefing Tiger wants to invite all for a drink, but Barnaby leaves. Blue Rose wish to speak with Tiger alone, which makes the rest of the heroes wonder what is going on.
Golden Ryan starts to having more often dreams of when he went wild. Barnaby goes to meet with Mattia and they speak on how he recovered and how is Tiger worrying about him all the time. Tiger speaks with Rose while the rest of the heroes are secretly observing them. Ryan comes and wonders what is going on, but they tell him to keep quiet. Tiger then invites Rose for lunch to thank her, and she agrees but recalls she had to meet up with Ryan after the training. Ryan tells them to go and Tiger invites the other heroes. Bison accepts, but the rest pressure him to decline so that Tiger and Rose are alone. As Tiger leaves, the rest wonder why he wants to thank her and she explains she recommended him a book about physical therapy and rehabilitation, which could help Barnaby. As they give her a strange look, Fire Emblem states that probably only Sky High haven't noticed, but he states he knows they are talking about how Rose is in love with Tiger. As she blushes, she denies it and leaves.
Charlotte gives Thomas and Black the forms for their next season's contracts and asks them to read them carefully before signing them. Black is in quite good mood and explains that he has been gaining followers. He feels that the popularity between him and Thomas is not 6-to-4, while it used to be 8-to-2. Charlotte tells him that he shouldn't touch his fans or he will be fired and Black confirms he won't do that. He then receives a message what surprises him.
Tiger takes Rose for lunch, but the place he picked was closed, so he had to take her elsewhere. While they eat, Agnes contacts the heroes, informing them that another NEXT riot is happening and dispatches everyone. While they are heading, Agnes contacts them again and states that there are changes in the plan for everyone except Bison and Origami. As there are more riots, she sends Cat and Kid to Bronze East area; Sky High, Fire Emblem, Black and Thomas to Stern Medaille area; and Ryan, Rose, Tiger and Barnaby to the plaza with the big screen.
The heroes easily stop the NEXT. Tiger, Barnaby, Ryan and Rose face a NEXT who makes things sink into the ground. The NEXT states she can't stop her power and requests help, wanting Anna to save her. Barnaby doesn't believe her and rushes grabbing her and Rose freezes her leg, preventing her from using her power. After that, the rest wonder how Barnaby knew she was lying and he explains that the rest weren't able to speak, but she also was controlling her power and her eyes looked different than the rest. Rose asks the woman why she did it and the woman explains that Anna ignored her calls and she thought that if she riots, Anna will see in how much pain she is, she will get worried and come to see her. She now regrets doing it as Anna for sure won't love her again. Rose explains she knows what it feels to want the one you love to notice you. You do crazy plans, but they never notice and you feel desperate like nothing matters. She needs to reflect on what she has done and after she starts loving herself again, Rose is sure that someone will love her again. After that Tiger tells Rose that she is amazing and whoever she loves, should consider himself lucky. Rose states there is no such man. Surprised, Tiger is sure she will find one and both will know the moment they meet as that was how it felt for him. Rose then promises to introduce him. Tiger starts explaining he will act as her uncle, but Ryan pulls Rose, saying they are having a meeting, and tells Rose he done it as he felt she would start to cry. Barnaby tells Tiger that it should be a crime for how dense he is, but Tiger has no idea what he means.
Ryan tells Rose that in the last year, he has been having the same dream over and over. He has been dreaming of his incident while working in Oldhabi. However, after he became buddies with Rose, he started having normal dreams again. Even when he has nightmare, when he wakes up, he feels better thanks to her. Rose explains that she isn't that sad. She wanted Tiger to notice her, but in time she realized that if Tiger sees her the way she wants him to see her, he won't be the same Tiger she fell for. She doesn't know if her feelings for him will vanish or if she will fall for him again, but she is having fun each day, which is thanks to everyone and especially Ryan.
Charlotte asks Thomas if he knows what Black is doing, but he has no idea. She explains that Black took a paid day off and Thomas needs to know better his partner. Meanwhile, Black goes to meet one of his fans.
