Sand Manipulation is a NEXT ability which grants the user the control over sand.
The only person to display this power in Tiger & Bunny is Edward Keddy. Edward is shown using his powers to phase through various substances by turning his body and/or the area around him into sand. He has been shown to be able to phase through the ground, concrete, blacktop, and brick. He is also shown to be able to phase objects and other people with him.
