Scarf Girl - also called Bad Luck Girl, Unlucky Girl, Unlucky Scarf Girl and Scarf-tan - is a woman (with no official name) who appears in the background of almost every episode of Season 1.
She became something of a meme, and several theories about alternate identities and potential NEXT power/s she has, have spread among fans.
In Episode 15 she is seen wearing a waitress uniform at the restaurant that the Heroes frequently eat at, implying that she works there.
She makes several appearances in the various stories of Hero's Day, usually relegated to the background/cameo appearances.
She shows up in Season 2, but only once in the first episode. However, Jolie seems to take on her role for the rest of the season.
