TIGER&BUNNY -THE RISING- KING OF WORKS is an art archive for the second TIGER&BUNNY movie. It came in a red box featuring the Heroes' silhouettes and the Sponsor companies' logos. There is a hidden Origami Cyclone in the bottom left inside corner of the box.

- TIGER&BUNNY -THE RISING- KING OF WORKS SUPER FANBOOK: a gold and black softcover book featuring all nine heroes on the cover split into four sections: Special Illustration Gallery, The Rising Data File, Staff Interview, and Story Board Selection.
- The "Data File" section included brief profiles of each of the nine heroes and Judge Yuri Petrov, a schedule of each of their days around the time of the movie, a schedule leading up to the movie, information about official merchandise, and art from the three posters advertising the movie without text.
- Original Picture Collection: a glossy white softcover book containing animation frame illustrations from the movie, separated into color coded sections by character. Each illustration also has a code that corresponds to the episode script.
- Settings Collection: a glossy gold softcover book containing design art from the movie. The design art is divided into six sections: Part 1 Character, Part 2 Background art, Part 3 Prop, Part 4 Character line art, Part 5 Background line art, and Part 6 Prop line art.
