Tomoe Kaburagi (鏑木 友恵, Kaburagi Tomoe), née Tomoe Amamiya (天宮 友恵, Amamiya Tomoe), was the wife of Kotetsu Kaburagi and the mother of Kaede Kaburagi.
History[]
Tomoe died five years prior to the series' start due to an illness.
In her younger years, she attended the same high school as Kotetsu Kaburagi where she was a class representative. She was a hero fan and the one who came up with Kotetsu's hero name "Wild Tiger" and Antonio Lopez's name "Rock Bison".
Tomoe's remains are buried at the gravesite in Oriental Town, with a traditional Japanese grave to mark her location.
