We want files to be easily grouped together, yes? Well, that's kind of hard to do when they're named shit like 032593231787 and TUMBLR-TB-00023, right? There's not much coherence to that. Even the accurately named ones are a bit long....

So, going forward, please (begging) try to name files according to these 'templates':

Anime[]

Episode screencaps[]

SXEYY-0000 and ascending. Screencaps should try to be numbered in chronological order so looking at them can 'play out' the episode.
X = 1 or 2. Which season it's from. YY = between 01 and 25. Which episode it's from.
0000 Is the first number chronologically from the specific episode. So S1E14-0023 means it's the 23rd screencap from Season 1, episode 14, not that it's the 23rd screencap chronologically overall, because S1E13-0023 can also exist.

Movies and OVAs[]

The movies don't change much from the formula of the episodes, and are easier to understand at a glance:
Beginning-0000 (and ascending)
Rising-0000
Side Tiger/Bunny have their own as decimal points/periods don't exactly work in file names = ST-000 SB-000
and Too many cooks spoil the broth is = TMCSTB-0000.

Manga & Books[]

Chapters[]

(Acronym for Manga/Book title)ChXX-000 and ascending.
Any 'half' chapters will have XXE as their number instead. For clarification, the E stands for Extra.
If the Manga/Book does not have chapters, use this instead:
(Acronym for Manga/Book title)VXXPgYYY-00
V = Volume. Pg = Page.

Covers[]

Similar to chapters, just remove some information.
(Acronym for Manga/Book title)VXX-Cover

Social Media[]

Naming an art file from social media is simple.
(Artist's Last name or name most often used in all caps)(short name of SM platform it was posted to in all lowercase)(Date it was posted in YYYYMMDD format)
Please refer to this file for an example. No, we will NOT use X as the acronym for twitter. It is twitter, not matter what muskrat tries.

Video Games[]

Video game screenshots will be split into 3 categories for naming screenshots to avoid endless increasing of numbers. This is a broad application due to counting both mainline and crossover appearances.
(Accronym for game)(T/G/C)-0000
T = Screenshot of Dialogue or Menus (T meaning Text)
G = Screenshot of active Gameplay
C = Screenshot of a cutscene

In the case that it's not a screenshot and is instead a file rip of some kind, it will instead be named:
(Acronym for game)file-(Original file name, or otherwise appropriate name)
Example: T&BHDfile-TitleScreenLogo

Hero's Day[]

There is a specific naming scheme for Hero's Day due to its Visual-Novel gameplay and multiple story routes. TBHD-XXXX is the default for anything outside of the story routes, mainly the menus. TBHD-(Character)XXXX - Route specific. Accepted characters (routes) are: Prologue, Kotetsu, Barnaby, Karina, Antonio, Keith, PaoLin, Ivan, Nathan, Yuri, Final.
