Water Manipulation (水を操る, Mizu o sōsa suru), also known as Hydrokinesis, is a NEXT ability which grants the user control over water. The user able to generate water and may able to use it however they wish.
Magical Cat has this ability. She is shown to create water stream in front of her palm. She usually uses her wand as focus so it looks like the water streams out of her wand. And she also mentioned that her power doesn't use her body fluid at all, so she won't suffer from dehydration.
Her power is actually strong enough to function similarly to a fire truck water pump, complete with water rotation that it blows people away easily. Although due to the power needing stable state of mind, and her inexperience. Her attack on other people or direct confrontation is often weak and not at her full power as she panics (despite her keeping poker face and not admitting this). Outside of combat, she is shown to create strong water stream to put out burning building easily.
